In light of the COVID-19 virus, WHEAT will be distributing meals to seniors and families in Housing Authority buildings in Clinton and Lancaster, Monday through Friday, until further notice.
Volunteers will arrive at each location between 2:00 and 2:15 p.m.
If you or someone you know needs a meal, they can be accessed at the following locations:
Clinton Elderly Housing, 367 Water St. (door to door)
Clinton Elderly Housing, 271 St., Shaughnessy Apartments (door to door)
Clinton Elderly Housing, 309 Church St., Presentation Apartments (come to the parking lot)
Clinton Housing Authority, 58 Fitch Road, Lakeside/Fitch Road (WHEAT truck will drive up, but no Door to door service)
Lancaster Housing Authority, 449 Main St., Bigelow Gardens (door to door).
Volunteers will be in their own vehicles with yellow signs on their windows stating “WHEAT MEALS ON WHEELS.” If you're able to come out and get the meals even at door to door sites that would help.
