I am a single mother. There are five people in my family, including me. I have four children, ages four through eleven.
Which WHEAT service do you benefit from?
The main services I benefit from by coming to WHEAT are the food pantry and Hope for the Holidays programs.

I came to WHEAT for the first time in October of 2019 and I have been using their services ever since.

How did you find out about this service?
I found out about WHEAT by stopping by their office.
What kind of help do you receive by using this service?
By using the services offered at WHEAT I receive help with food now during the COVID-19 pandemic as well as for the holidays and holiday gifts for my kids.
What is the best part of this service?
The best part of this service is that it helps large families like mine when the cost of living is so high and there are unforeseen circumstances like this pandemic.
How has coming to or using this service helped you?
This service has helped me by making me aware of a lot of family based resources that I didn’t know existed.
What about your life has become better or easier since you started coming to or using this service?
My life has become better since I found out about what WHEAT has to offer. The holidays are better now as well as everyday life because I don't have to worry about food as much.
